What is Inositol ？

Inositol is a naturally occurring carbohydrate compound, often referred to as "Vitamin B8" (though it is not officially classified as a vitamin). It is a sugar alcohol with a chemical formula of C?H??O? and is found in both plants and animals. The most common and biologically active form of inositol is myo-inositol.
