Gardenia Green is natural green colorant,it's extracted from the Gardenia fruit ( Gardenia jasminoides Ellis ), it's carotenoid, include Vitamin A source, ,appear in light to dark green, easily soluble in water.

Gardenia green can prevent and treat atherosclerosis.

Gardenia green is anti-microbial.

Gardenia Green Adds Product Color, Pigment Supplement.

APPLICATIONS

Gardenia green can be widely used in instant rice & flour products, jam, fruit-flovoured beverages, fruit?and vegetable juice ,candy, cake, imitation wine, frozen drinks ( excluding 03.04 edible ice )，salted?vegetable, fried nuts and seeds, flings for cereal products, flings for bakery wares, condiments,protein beverages, solid beverages, puffed food.

When use Gardenia green, dissolve the color with a small amount of water first, and then mix the color?solution with food materials. The maximum usage limit for instant rice & flour products is 0 5g/kg,for jam?and candy is 0.3g/kg,and for other products is 0.2g/kg.
