Hedera Nepalensis, a species of Ivy in the Araliaceae family, mainly grows in Shaanxi and Gansu provinces and areas from south to South China along the Yellow River Basin.  Its homologous species of water chestnut leaf ivy and ivy similar performance, can be used interchangeably, can be used in cosmetics, together with this introduction.  Ivy can be picked all year round, generally autumn harvest, cut dry in the sun.  Ivy with the whole plant into medicine, its fruit (ivy seed) is also used for medicine, cosmetics mainly use their dry stem leaves.  

The stem contains tannin (12.01%) and resin.  Leaves contain ivylinin D. C, inositol, carotene and carbohydrate.  It also contains 29.4% tannin.  

Function:

1.Ivy extract is especially good for people with certain conditions such as asthma and bronchitis 

2.Ivy extract is an extract from the leaves of a plant.  Its main use is to promote respiratory health, but it can also be used to protect the skin against aging  

3.Some components of ivy have expectorant effects.
