In the recombinant human trypsin, the sequence and the nature of amino acid is completely same with human trypsin. Trypsin is a kind of endopeptidase, it can be used to shear peptide bond of lysine and C end of arginine, thus split the macromolecular protein into small peptide.

It is gene engineering produced, non animal source, no virus pollution, non hybrid enzyme pollution.
