Stevia, biological name Stevia rebaudiana (Bertoni) Hemsl. Perennial herb, 100-150cm high. Stems erect, semi-lignified at the base, about 1cm thick, and many branches. Leaves opposite; sessile; leaves obovate to broadly lanceolate, 5-10cm long and 1.5-3.5cm wide.
