XPS Flame Retardant Masterbatch is produced by plasticizing and granulating HBCD replacement with polystyrene as carrier. The content of flame retardant could be 55%.XPS flame retardant masterbatch has not only the same excellent flame retardant property as HBCD but also other advantages such as good dispersion, low volume of addition, easy to foam, easy to extrude, stable production and environmental protection. The flame retardant is suitable for various extruded sheet manufacturing facilities, especially suitable for single screw facility. With this flame retardant, the instability of feeding material when manufacturing flame retardant board with single screw facility could be well solved. Moreover, the flame retardant is of low corrosion which could prolong the service life of screw and screw tubes. The masterbatch is trim, uniform, no dust and with no pollution to both equipment and environment, and could keep manufacturing for 12 hours.
