The product applications become increasingly wider as the varieties increase. Our amino acid products cover industrial grade, feed grade, food grade, and medical grade, and are rapidly developing in pesticide raw materials, feed supplements and feed additives, dietary supplements, and medical intermediates industries, etc. The Chinese and overseas markets of our company continue to expand thanks to the quality products, with market shares accounting for about 20% of the industry on the Chinese market, and overseas markets mainly in the Europe, South America, India, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan, etc. Our products are favored by the customers.

The industrial grade and food grade glycine is our key product, and our most competitive product, with the advantage mainly in the China-leading full-automatic and full-closed production line started with one key, of which the biggest characteristics are high automation degree, little people involvement, and leading technological level in the industry. Our annual production of industrial grade glycine and food grade glycine has separately reached 22,000 tons and 20,000 tons. We have achieved strict control over product quality in various links from charging, discharging to final product packaging, and achieved no release of defective products from the plant.

Firstly, check on the raw materials. The main raw material for production of food grade glycine is the industrial grade glycine. The industrial grade glycine independently produced by us has been successfully put into production, with product indexes fully conforming, and each batch having stable quality, to meet the production needs.

Secondly, check on the production. The entire production process, from initially the industrial grade glycine entering the dissolving tank, then through rough filtration and fine filtration, entering the automatic crystallizer, then through centrifugal separation, wet product drying, to finished product packaging and entering warehouse, consists of closed production and automatic operation, with complete separation of personnel and materials, to eliminate the hidden danger of secondary pollution caused to materials by external environment and personnel. The product crystal forms are important mark of quality. The automatic crystallizer can achieve crystal forms of different levels according to different demands of customers, and guarantee crystal form uniformity and quality stability. High-precision iron remover is equipped on the vibrating screen, to avoid mixing of scrap iron and other metal objects resulting from equipment wear during the production.

Thirdly, check on the packaging. Finished products are weighed by the automatic weighing machine, subpackaged according to the designed weight, and finally sent into the automatic packing machine. This is the final check before products leave the plant, which is crucial, therefore, the key parts of this packaging line are produced by German and Japan, to guarantee the product precision and accuracy during the packaging. To guarantee no mistake in releasing products from plant, products will pass through the metal detector after packaging, and an alarm will be given immediately when any foreign body is found; the nonconforming products will be separately stored, to guarantee no risk at all.

Represented by the glycine product workshop, all other product workshops have also formed a perfect quality assurance system, and drawn on international advanced management experience, to continue to establish and improve an enterprise management system with originality of Huaheng Company. We have received the SC license issued by the Provincial Food and Drug Administration, and successfully passed FSSC22000 & ISO22000 Food Safety System certification, KOSHER certification, and HALAL certification, etc., to ensure provision of the best and most stable products to the market.
