Oral solution bottles are supplied from feeding system and aligned in order onto the inspection rollers. There are 5 high precision CCD cameras combined with light sources to inspect oral solution bottles. During inspection, the defects in plastic cover, aluminum sealing and oral solution can be detected. Especially the defects in oral solution like glass chip, fiber, hair and other foreign materials can be clearly detected with the combination of CCD cameras and special light sources. What’s more, efficient inspection software can automatically identify different defects and mark them according to the parameters set by customers. There is also on-line rejection device that rejects defective products, and at the same time the rejection device classifies defective products automatically and makes records.
