This welding head is designed for tube/tube TIG welding which could be applied to automation welding. This head could weld carbon steel, stainless steel and other tube/tube butt joints. TOA welding heads are conceived as a tool for orbital TIG welding with or without filler wire. The diameters of the tubes to be welded cover a range from 19.05 mm up to 324 mm (ANSI 3/4" to 12 3/4"). AVC could be automatically adjusted and OSC function could be realized. This head could be used with iOrbital5000 orbital welding power sources to realize an integrated TIG tube/tube welding precisely and guarantee a good welding effect. It usually applies in the tube/tube welding of chemical industry, food industry, engineering installation, boiler, military industry and nuclear power industry.

 The main structure includes three parts: rotating system, clamp device and transmission system;
