Application

Neon gas is used in the lighting industry, electric vacuum industry, aerospace, chemical industry and other industries, in the electronics industry for excimer laser gas; in the cryogenic industry as a refrigerant. Neon has a natural red glow, but when mixed with other gases, it produces a wide halo.
Liquid neon is used as a coolant in space research to form ultra-sensitive infrared imaging.
